Geese, Ducks, Plover, Snipe and Prairie-chickens Brought into Omaha (October 1868)

Wild geese, wild ducks, blue winged teal, green-winged teal, plover, snipe and prairie-chickens are brought into the city by our sportsmen in great numbers. The hunters inform us that they never knew game of all kinds to be so plenty as it is now in the vicinity of Omaha.
